About Us
Beauty for Ashes Global is a collaborative of women around the globe that exists to provide Christian Bible teaching and resources through books, sermons, intercessory prayers, community outreach, evangelical missions, and more for the purpose of teaching, edifying and empowering women.​ The organization has an ultimate goal is to see women across the globe be healed and restored back to their intended purpose in God. We aim to provide global humanitarian aid to hurting people and teach Christians and non-Christians alike how to enjoy everyday life by applying biblical principles in all they do. The ministry provides spiritual growth opportunities for women through monthly virtual meetings, daily inspirational posts via our Facebook group, and ongoing events throughout the year.

We have a mission to spread the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ to the four corners of the earth. We believe we have a God-ordained mandate to impact the world through our collective efforts to minister to women, teen girls and children. We intend to teach others how to apply biblical truth in every facet of their lives while equipping Christians with the tools to influence the world around them.
Our Vision
Beauty For Ashes Global Women’s Ministry is focused on the expository teaching of the Word of God. We are committed to teaching the uncompromising truths of His Word. Our desire is not only to see women and girls impacted by the Word of God but for them to experience its power in their daily lives. Through the prayers and support of our friends and partners around the world, we will use all forms of media and communications available to develop and distribute humanitarian services globally.

Dr. Sherley Lefevre
Dr. Sherley Lefevre, PhD, is a Brooklyn, New York native of Haitian descent whose life and ministry reflect resilience, faith, and purpose. Having overcome significant personal trials, she carries an unwavering passion for God and a calling to spread the love of Jesus Christ through counseling, teaching, and writing.

A nurse by profession, Dr. Sherley holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing and is pursuing her doctorate in Nursing. She is also theologically trained, earning a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate in Practical Ministry, along with honorary doctorates in Christian Humanities and Divinity.

Dr. Sherley is the host of the international podcast and radio show A Word with Dr. Sherley and is a certified Christian counselor specializing in grief, trauma, women’s issues, and relationships. She is an international speaker, bestselling author of five books, and the founder of Beauty for Ashes Global, a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to women’s empowerment and spiritual growth through biblical teaching, prayer, outreach, and global missions. Through her ministry, Dr. Sherley continues to counsel, inspire, and empower women worldwide to rise from adversity into purpose.
